I am an autodidact contemporary artist working with acrylic and mixed media.

I am born in Stockholm, Sweden, by Danish parents and moved to Copenhagen at the age of 9.

Grown up and always worked in an international environment with many nationalities, my works often show influences from many cultures.

I get my inspiration from multiple sources and impressions, being it political trends and the urge to make a statement over to contrasts and moods. Most of my works have a figurative touch, but over the years I have experimented with several isms, e.g. abstract painting, surrealism, graphic, and am always open to challenge my curiosity.

The series #ICANs are f.inst. inspired by the Russians icons and thorough studies were made in order to compose an icon with my own twist. (see under ‘#ICANS’ in the portfolio).
