Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
I reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors without prior notice.
Payments can be made securely using standard debit or credit cards. Your payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped.
Please note that some artworks are one-of-a-kind and may sell out quickly.
Delivery
Each artwork is handled with care to ensure safe delivery.
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping within Denmark is calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Orders above DKK 399 qualify for free domestic shipping.
All orders are sent via PostNord and delivered to your mailbox or nearest pickup point.
International shipping is available — the cost depends on your location.
Returns and Complaints
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint about defects in materials or workmanship.
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with a description and photo of the issue.
Depending on the situation, the item may be replaced, repaired, refunded, or credited.
The right to complain does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling or accidents after delivery.
Return shipping costs will be covered within reasonable limits if the complaint is accepted.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for artworks and products purchased in the webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to x@xx.dk within 14 days, clearly stating that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, along with your order number.
The item must then be returned within 14 days of your notice.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that some items cannot be returned:
– Custom-made or commissioned artworks created specifically for you.
– Digital files or downloads.
– Items where the original packaging or seal has been broken.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned artworks or products must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is safely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, the full purchase amount (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If the item has been used or damaged, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
